Mandatory Terms & Conditions Display
To support organizational compliance and ensure consistent policy awareness, the platform provides a mechanism to require users to acknowledge Terms & Conditions during the authentication process. This ensures that legal requirements and internal policies remain a primary focus for the workforce.
Administrative Configuration
Administrators have granular control over how frequently the Terms & Conditions are presented to the user base.
- Standard Behavior: By default, the system can be configured to show the Terms & Conditions popup to a user only once (upon their initial login).
- Mandatory Re-acknowledgment: For organizations with stricter compliance needs, administrators can enable a setting that requires users to view and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions every time they log in. 🔄
Cross-Platform Consistency
The mandatory display setting is enforced globally across the entire ecosystem, ensuring there are no gaps in compliance regardless of how a user accesses the platform:
- Web Access: The popup is triggered during the login flow, whether the user is utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO) or standard password authentication.
- Mobile App: Users on the mobile application will also be prompted to acknowledge the terms at the start of each session.
Why This Matters
Providing the ability to mandate acknowledgment at every login gives organizations the flexibility to manage legal risks effectively. It ensures that the most current terms are always front-and-center, reducing ambiguity and reinforcing the importance of organizational policies.
