Assign Training through the Training Catalog
Assigning training courses to employees is a foundational task for administrators and coordinators using the iTacit platform. Whether you're onboarding new hires, rolling out compliance training, or supporting professional development, iTacit’s Enroll Team Members interface provides a streamlined way to assign courses to individuals or groups.
Assigning Training Courses to Employees:
1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.
2. Go to Menu > Training > Enroll Team Members.
3. Click Add Courses. Use the search panel to locate the course(s) you wish to assign. You can select multiple courses at once.
4. Click Select Employees. Use the Employee Lookup window to choose the employees, roles, business units, job classifications, or groups you wish to enroll. Once you've selected the appropriate filters:

Click Add to include employees in your selection.

Click Remove to exclude any previously selected employees.
5. Optional: Set a Due Date.
6. Click Enroll Now to finalize the assignment.
