Create a Career Posting

1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.

2. Navigate to Menu > Recruiting & Onboarding > Career Postings.

3. In the top-right corner of the Career Postings screen, click the New button. This opens a dropdown menu with three options:

  • Career Posting: Use this option to create a new posting from scratch. You’ll manually enter all job details, assign forms and activities, and configure visibility settings.

  • Copy Career Posting: Select this if you want to duplicate an existing posting. This is useful when creating a similar role with minor changes, saving time by reusing previous configurations.

  • Career Posting From Template: Choose this to create a posting based on a pre-configured template. Templates include predefined job details, activities, and forms - ideal for recurring or standardized roles.
