Create a New Training Certificate
1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.
2. Navigate to Menu > Training > Configuration > Certificate Library > Certificates.
3. Click the New button in the top-right corner.
4. Enter a Name for the certificate.
5. Add a Description to clarify its purpose or audience.
6. Use the Certificate dropdown to select an existing design. Click Preview to view the layout and formatting.
7. You can choose to use the Corporate Logo or upload a custom one.
8. Fill in the Assertion field (e.g., “This is to certify that…”).
9. Fill in the Accomplishment field (e.g., “has successfully completed…”).
10. Choose whether this certificate should be the default for new courses.
11. Click Apply to save all certificate settings.
12. Assign Permissions to control who can edit or apply this certificate.

Now that you’ve created and configured a certificate template, you’re ready to apply it to individual courses. This is done within each Training Catalog Item using the Certificate tab.
