Creating Standard Responses

If all questions in your survey utilize the same subset of answers and values, it may be valuable to set up a set of Standard Reponses to use in your Survey Questionnaire.

1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.

2. Navigate to Menu > Surveys > Configuration: Standard Responses.

3. Click New to begin creating a new Standard Response set.

4. Enter a Name that clearly describes the purpose of the response set (e.g., “Satisfaction Scale”).

5. Click Apply to save the name and unlock the response entry fields.

6. Go to the Responses tab.

7. Click New to add a new response option to the set.

8. Enter the Response Text to define how the option will appear to survey participants. Add a General Descriptor (optional) to provide internal context or clarification.

9. Assign a Score Value to quantify the response for reporting and analysis.

10. Click Apply to save the response and prepare for the next entry.

11. Repeat the steps to add all necessary responses to the set. Click Done once all responses are entered to save the complete set for future use.
