Form Version in Analytics

iTacit supports form versioning across analytics, submissions, and the library. All submissions are analyzed as one form with multiple versions. The Form Submission Manager can view/export responses for all versions and identify which version each user completed. The Form Library displays the latest published version, and exports include columns for both latest version and latest published version.

Form version 1

Versioning in Form Submission Manager 

The Form Submission Manager has the ability to view/export responses for all versions of a form and can identify which version of a form a user completed.

Form Version 2

When reviewing individual form submissions, the Form Submission Manager identifies which version of a form the user has been assigned.

Form Version 3

Versioning in Form Library Item 

The Form Library Item will display the latest published form version. The export has 2 columns: Latest Version and Latest Published Version.
