Forms - How to configure form Collaboration Security in Form Library Items

Form Collaboration Security

  1. Log in to iTacit Admin
  2. Navigate to Menu > Library > Form Library Items.
  3. Select a form and ensure “This form is about someone else” is enabled.
  4. Click the Security… button next to that field.



  5. In the popup, choose one of the following:
    1. Only allow users to select employees they can see as subjects
    2. Allow users to select employees they can collaborate with as subjects (less restrictive security)
  6. Click OK to apply the setting.
