Change Status of a Candidate’s Application
Status Change (Status of a Candidate’s Application)
1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.
2. Navigate to Menu > Recruiting & Onboarding > Career Posting Manager.
3. In the Career Posting Manager, enter search criteria such as:

Career posting status
-
Business unit
-
Job classification
-
Competitive number
-
Publish or closing date

4. Click Search to display results.
5. From the search results, click on the desired career posting. This opens the Career Posting Profile, which provides a summary of the posting and its associated candidates.

6. Click View Candidates to open the Candidate Databank filtered to this posting.
7. Place a check mark beside the candidate(s) whose status you want to update.

8. Click Action > Set Status.
9. In the pop-up window:

Select the new status from the dropdown.

Enter a reason for the status change (optional but recommended).
10. Click Done to confirm and apply the change.
