My Team: Team Activities
Managers can use My Team to assign training, as well as track the progress and participation of those who report directly to them.
To get started, select My Team from your Menu.
From here, you will be able to view and manage all of your Team Members and their Team Activities by accessing each respective tab.
Team Activities: Assign an activity
Under the Team Activities tab, you are able to view, and assign, activities that apply to your team.
- Click Search… to show all activities, or search by specific titles.
- Assign one or more activities by ticking the check box next to the activities slated for completion.
- Click the Actions button and select Assign selected activities to team members…
- Click Add… to select desired team members.
- Enter a Due Date, if required.
- Click Assign to confirm your selection.
The activity assignment will run in the background, and you will receive a notification message once complete.
Continuing under the Team Activities tab, you can also get a quick overview of team members whose activities are past due, or due soon:
In this view, you also have the option to send a reminder message to team members who have past due activities
To do this:
1.Click the Actions button.
2.Select Send a reminder to everyone who is past due…
Choosing this option will automatically populate the correct recipients in a message within your Messages:
A reminder message will generate automatically, which can be modified in the body of the text. Add attachments if desired, and select Send.
