My Team: Team Members

Under the Team Members tab, managers have the ability to send a message your team, assign activities (in much the same way as you would under the Team Activities tab), and check on the completion status for each team member.

Send a Message:

Send a message to one or more employees who report to you from the Team Members tab in My Team.

  1. Select the employee(s) you want to send a message to and click Send a message to those selected… under Actions.
  2. Add a Subject and type your message.
  3. Add attachments, if desired, and select Send

Assign an activity:

When  assigning activities from this tab, you’ll choose the team members first, and then select the activities to be completed.

  1. Choose your employee(s) by ticking the box to the left of their name.
  2. Click the Actions button and select Assign an activity to those selected…
