My Team: Team Members
Under the Team Members tab, managers have the ability to send a message your team, assign activities (in much the same way as you would under the Team Activities tab), and check on the completion status for each team member.
Send a Message:
Send a message to one or more employees who report to you from the Team Members tab in My Team.
- Select the employee(s) you want to send a message to and click Send a message to those selected… under Actions.
- Add a Subject and type your message.
- Add attachments, if desired, and select Send.

Assign an activity:
When assigning activities from this tab, you’ll choose the team members first, and then select the activities to be completed.

- Choose your employee(s) by ticking the box to the left of their name.
- Click the Actions button and select Assign an activity to those selected…
