Notice Board: Creating Polls
Polls:
Create, edit, or delete a Poll in the Notice Board under the Notice Board menu in your administrative tools.
Gauge the employee pulse – get instant feedback and share results with the team!
To get started, select Menu > Notice Board > Polls.
In the Polls screen, select New:
- Enter the Question for the Poll.
- Enter the possible Responses.
- Set your Poll Permissions. If you do not add permissions, your Poll will only be visible to you.
- Enter the Poll published date to schedule your Poll start date.
- Select Apply to save.


Additional features:
a) Mark as Important: This will highlight the poll on the user’s Notice Board (see screenshot below). Once visited, the Priority highlight will be removed.
b) Show poll results to respondents: Select this option to share Poll results with respondents as results are received.
