Notice Board: Creating Posts
Posts:
Create, edit, or delete a Post in the Notice Board under the Notice Board menu in your administrative tools.
To get started, select Menu > Notice Board > Posts.
In the Posts screen, select New:
- Enter the Headline for the Post.
- Enter the Post body text.
- Set your Permissions. If you do not add permissions, your Post will only be visible to you.
- Enter the Post published date to establish when you’d like your Post to be published, and select Apply to save.
Additional Features:
A. Mark as Important: This will highlight the post on the user’s Notice Board. Once visited, the highlight will be removed.
- Allow Comments: Users have the ability to comment on the post. To view and moderate Comments, click on the Comments tab.
- Allow Likes: Users have the ability to like a post.
