Notice Board: Creating Posts

Posts:

Create, edit, or delete a Post in the Notice Board under the Notice Board menu in your administrative tools.

To get started, select Menu > Notice Board Posts.

In the Posts screen, select New:

  1. Enter the Headline for the Post.
  2. Enter the Post body text.
  3. Set your Permissions. If you do not add permissions, your Post will only be visible to you.
  4. Enter the Post published date to establish when you’d like your Post to be published, and select Apply to save.

Additional Features:

A. Mark as Important: This will highlight the post on the user’s Notice Board. Once visited, the highlight will be removed.

  1. Allow CommentsUsers have the ability to comment on the post. To view and moderate Comments,  click on  the Comments tab.
  2. Allow LikesUsers have the ability to like a post.
