Update a Transcript

Update Transcript Status

1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.

2. Navigate to Menu > Training > Transcript Manager.

3. In the Transcript Manager screen, search for the transcripts you would like to edit filtering by course, job classification or business unit, status, or date.

4. Place a checkmark by the desired transcript(s).

5. Select Action > then choose your desired action.

• Approve Enrollment – Change an Enrollment Requested Status to Enrolled
• Complete – Mark a course as being Completed
• Complete (unsuccessful) – Mark a course as failed.
• Withdraw – Withdraw the employee from the course.

6. The associated confirmation window will appear. Enter a reason for the change if applicable.

7. Select OK.

To manually update transcripts, select Edit instead of selecting Action in step 5 and update each profile individually. Use the Next/Previous buttons to navigate from transcript to transcript.

Bulk Edit Transcripts

iTacit allows you to assign the same grade to many transcripts at once. 

1. Log in to the iTacit Admin site.

2. Go to Menu > Training > Transcript Manager.

3. Enter your search criteria by selecting the course name, employees based on their job classification or business unit, status, and/or date. Then select the Search button.

4. This list will display all the course transcripts and employees assigned to them based on your search criteria. Use the checkboxes to select individual transcripts or click the top checkbox to select all visible results.

5. Go to Action > Bulk Edit.

6. Choose Fields to Edit. You can update one or more of the following:

• Grade

• Passing Grade

• Start Date

• End Date

• Due Date

7. Click Apply to save changes.
