Forms - Form Builder Section Security for Form Reviewers

This feature gives organizations fine-grained control over what reviewers can see in completed forms. Instead of granting full visibility, admins can now restrict access to specific sections, protecting sensitive data while enabling downstream tasks. Keeps sensitive HR or compliance data private while allowing managers, third-party reviewers, and other roles to complete their tasks efficiently.

Navigate to Form Builder - Section - Review Security tab to set "who can review the results of this form section after completion"

Key Highlights:

  • Targeted Visibility: Assign section-level permissions so reviewers only see what they need.
  • Admin Setup: Configure section security in Form Builder under the new Review Security tab.
  • Applies Everywhere: Restrictions apply in Form Submission Manager, Main App reviews, Forms Explorer (I Can View), and Analytics.
  • Secure Exports: PDF and CSV exports exclude restricted sections automatically.
  • Search & Analytics: Hidden sections don’t appear in filters or reports.
